My soul embodies many elements in this life, I am a heart-led sound practitioner and energy worker, ritualist and ceremony facilitator, earth nurturer and ocean guardian, world wanderer and spiritual alchemist, and a mama to one wild and majikal earth angel who is my guide as much as I am hers.

With these beautiful elements shaping the foundations for a conscious lifestyle, they have guided me along my journey of self healing, personal evolution and transformation.

My intention with Embody and Flow, is to hold space where you feel nurtured and supported, allowing you to release stagnant energy, tension and limiting beliefs, and open the pathway for creativity, freedom and joy to flow freely.
