Join us at Earthpoint Evolution Fremantle for a deeply nourishing 90 minute Yin, Breathwork and Sound Bath immersion.
Drift into a gentle flow of breath and yin while being enveloped in the soothing vibrations and rich harmonics of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other worldly instruments. Then closing your blissful and restorative experience with a pure and majikal sound bath to further invoke a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
Embracing these ancient practices offers a pathway to self discovery and creativity, while taking this time for your wellness enables the whole body to restore and reset.

Benefits of Sound, Yin and Breathworks
Sound Meditation is a deep, powerful immersion radiating from ancient healing practices across cultures for centuries aimed at nurturing whole body wellbeing.
The sounds produced during a session invoke a peaceful state of relaxation which calms our nervous system, reduces mental chatter and assists in holistic healing.
Yin yoga is a therapeutic and nourishing yoga practice, mostly floor-based with postures held for longer periods of time than traditional yoga.
Yin poses target the connective tissues, the fascia and joints, stretching and hydrating them. This style of yoga can help to improve mobility, lessen stiffness, reduce injury as we age, and open up energy blockages within the body.
The power of the breath can never be underestimated. In this practice, we use breathing to move out of the mind and into the body, and to expand awareness. Breathworks can release stagnant emotions and body tension, and take you into a deeply meditative state.

No prior experience is necessary, but please bring:
*A small blanket (for comfort during Svasana - resting pose)
*Pillow for head and/or under knees
*Eye pillow/mask
*Water bottle
*Wear comfy clothes

*Please make sure your phone is off or switched to ‘Do Not Disturb’ during the session for the comfort of all participants.
*Arrive at least 10 minutes early to take care of all needs before the event starts.
*Event will start promptly on time, please be mindful there will be no late arrivals.
*Limited to 20 people, so that there is ample space between everyone.

*All events have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Tickets are non refundable however, they can be transferred to a future event if you provide 24 hours' notice.
*Our events are generally safe and suitable for everyone, however the following categories are not recommended due to health concerns - People with cardiac pacemakers, artificial valves or cardiac arrhythmia, pregnant women (especially the first trimester), post-surgery (less than 3 months), epileptics or people suffering a severe mental disorder.
*Yin, Breathworks and Sound Wellness are complementary modalities and do not replace your medical practitioners. It is understood you will take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the event.
